What are promotional products?
Promotional products, also known as branded merchandise, promotional materials, or even company swag, are products which have been personalised, perhaps with company logo or slogan.
Often used as a marketing tool in exhibitions or tradeshows, they are sometimes given away to potential customers to help them to keep at their company at the forefront of their mind or to increase brand visibility. They are also created to give to staff or clients - perhaps if something has launched or to thank people.

What type of branded merchandise do you produce?
Pretty much anything that can be branded, we can create into beautiful branded merchandise!! What type of personalised branding do you offer?
We can offer merchandise personalisation through screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, transfer printing, laser engraving, printed vinyl and much more. Different branding techniques are used depending on the materials being branded. We will shortly be updating our blog page to tell you more about these techniques so please keep an eye out!
Do you offer eco-friendly, sustainable promotional products?
Here at Creative X, we do our utmost to use recycled, recyclable and sustainable materials wherever possible in our branded merchandise and will suggest eco-friendly alternatives where appropriate. We also believe that all our merchandise should be of good enough quality to be used time and time again, further reducing waste.
Do your promotional products have minimum order quantities?
It depends on the product. For some of our branded items, such as tote bags/t-shirts, we can produce as little as one unit. For notepads, pens or other off-the-shelf branded products the minimum quantity is generally 100-250 units. For fully bespoke promotional products, pantone matched items and packaging the minimum quantity ranges from around 500-1000 units. Obviously the larger the quantity the more cost effective it is to produce.
How long does it take to deliver the personalised merchandise?
Again, it will depend on what merchandise has been ordered. Standard branded off-the-shelf items generally take 2-3 weeks to deliver. If we are producing a fully bespoke items it can take 3-6 months depending on the item. We understand that sometimes time is of the essence and so we will always try to help with urgent orders which are required immediately so always give us a call if you think you have an impossible lead-time, as much of the time we can accommodate!
